In the period 7 - 28 March 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lyubomir Krastev carried out a scientific specialization in London, Great Britain, part of the planned activities under the project "Diplomacy and Intelligence of the Balkans, 17th - 19th centuries: The Human Factor and Networks of Influence". The research stay is an essential element of the collection of primary source material for the scientific research.

The main activity was carried out at the National Archives of Great Britain in Kew, Richmond (London), and for some references and literature, the British Library was also visited.

Thanks to the funding from the National Science Foundation for this mission, Assoc. Prof. Krastev collected a significant number of documents from the British archive, totaling more than 15,000 sheets, a vast source base on which a serious scientific study can be built.
