The project "Diplomacy and Intelligence in the Balkans, 17th - 19th Century: The Human Factor and Networks of Influence" was approved for funding in the Competition for Funding of Fundamental Scientific Research for Young Scientists and Postdoctoral Fellows - 2024. The project implementation period is December 2024 - December 2026.
The team consists of young researchers from the Institute for Historical Studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" with experience in researching various issues from the Modern Era in European history and broad-spectrum interests, whose point of contact is the history of diplomacy and intelligence, namely Dr. Aneliya Stoyanova, Dr. Aleksandar Zlatanov and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lyubomir Krastev.
